Die Tour startet in Deuten und führt überwiegend durch Wald in Richtung Hohe Mark, Lembeck. Von dort geht es über viele Single Trails richtung Granat. Beim Befahren der Reitwege hat man ein schönes Kraft/Ausdauertraining. Über Lavesum geht es dann wieder zurück in Richtung Feuerwehrwachturm, von wo aus der Heimweg angetreten wird.
