Von der Bergstation der Schnalstaler Gletscherbahn (Kurzras) geht es in wenigen Minuten auf die Grawand, wieder zurück zur Bergstation und über den Panoramaweg fast eben zur Grauen Wand. Der Abstieg beginnt mit dem Klettersteig über den NO-Grat der Grauen Wand. Es geht weiter hinab zur "Schönen Aussicht" (Rif. Bellavista) und dann in NW-Richtung hinauf zum dritten Gipfel "Im hinter'n Eis" mit herrlicher Aussicht zur Weißkugel. Wieder zurück zur Hütte und den Wanderweg Nr. 3 hinab nach Kurzras.
