In der Gemeinde Grabs ist ein privat bewirtschafteter Parkplatz von wo bei guter Schneelage direkt die Schi angezogen werden können und von hier ,sicher nicht allein, den immer leicht ansteigenden Hang Richtung Gamperney hinauf gehen. nach ca. 2 Stunden erreicht man die Schihütte welche an den Wochenenden meistens bewirtsc haftet ist, Von dort ca. noch einmal etwa eine Stunde bis zum Gipfel.
