vom Campingplatz Vallicella hoch nach Gravoranno (schöne Aussicht) - Ravi - Caldana - Grilli - Ampio - Tirli - Abzweigung zum ristormate da Lisa nicht verpassen. Ab hier Richtung Meer zur Strasse nach Puntone (bis hierher ganz wenig Verkehr, alles sehr ruhig, die Steigungen sehr angnehm zu fahren). Auf der Strasse nach Puntone hat viel Verkehr und die Fahrzeuge rasen an einem vorbei. richtung Scarlino wird dann wieder etwas ruhiger.
