Bei schönem Wetter sieht man den Säntis und die Churfirsten. Auf der deutschen Seite hat man vom Schiener Berg aus eine hervorragende Sicht über den Bodensee und auf die Insel Reichenau.
Der Schiener Berg ist mit 708 Meter die höchste Erhebung der Halbinsel Höri am westlichen Bodensee.
Der Säntis ist mit 2501,9 Meter höchste Berg im Alpstein (Ostschweiz).
Die Churfirsten sind je nach Zählweise, sechs bis dreizehn Berge im Kanton St. Gallen in der Schweiz.
