Start in der Falkenstraße; einfach mal von der Couch zu einer kleinen Ortsfahrt durch Halver, weil ab 13.15 Uhr das 4. DTM-Rennen ansteht, was ich gerne sehen möchte.
Ri. Ortsmitte am Heider Teich und dem "Krötentunnel" vorbei auf die Umgehungsstraße Ri. Breckerfeld, nach i. Ri. Edelkirchen und weiter nach Lingensiepen, hinunter ins Ennepetal und weiter Ri. Ennepesperre, am Vorstaubecken auf den H-Weg bis Nd.-Vahlefeld und weiter nach re. über Vormbaum auf die L 528, nach re. und weiter nach Glörfeld, wieder Ri. L 528 bis zum Abzweig nach Magdheide, nach ca. 500 m nach re. über Wiese und Wald wieder auf die L 528, kurz nach li.. und wieder nach re. Ri. Becke, nach li. wieder Ri. Halver und nach Hause.
Kurze Strecke, aber weil ich nach einiger Zeit mal wieder das Hardtail Centurion Backfire mit "hartem Flitesattel" genommen habe, tat mir mein Hintern doch ganz schön weh.
