Die Vorlage für diese Tour kam aus dem Buch "Bahnradeln im Ruhrgebiet" von Stefan Höpel..Hier war es Tour 10 "Alte Trassen südlich der Ruhr". Sehr schöne Tour auf 3 alten Bahntrassen und entlang der Ruhr.
1) Kohlenbahn: Sprockhövel – Hattingen
2) Sprockhövel-Schacht Hövel – Gevelsberg-Silschede
3) Witten-Herbede – Wetter-Wengern (Ruhrtalbahn)
