SI parte da Epinel, si sale fino al rifugio Sogno di Berdzè (2526 mt) dove, se è aperto, ci si può rifocillare.
Si riscende e poi si risale fino a 2900m al
passo invergneux , nell'ultimo tratto bisogna spingere e cericarsi la bici sulle spalle) e da li 22km di discesa quasi tutta in single molto filante verso Epinel,
