Wir starten in Ellmau und fahren hoch zum Astberg. Vom Gipfel geht es abwärts nach Reith und weiter in Richtung Kirchberg. In Kirchberg zur Brotzeit hinauf zum Filzerhof. Nach der Stärkung im Tal weiter in Richtung Brixen. Hier helfen wir uns mit der Bergbahn nach Hochbrixen und über den Filzalmsee weiter nach Hochsöll. Jetzt folgen wir der Rodelbahn bergab bis nach Söll und dem Tal entlang wieder zurück nach Ellmau.
