Eine sehr angenehme Tour. Wir fuhren die Ruhr von der Quelle bis zur Mündung in Duisburg. Dann ging es den Rhein von Duisburg Flussaufwärts bis kurz vor Mainz.. Ab dann fuhren wir noch eine größere Strecke auf dem Selztalradweg, bevor wir zum Abschluß nach Südhessen fuhren.
