Die Tour beginnt in Leverkusen-Opladen am Restaurant Claashäuschen, führt im ersten Teil häufig durch städtisches Randgebiet, bevor sie in die Wiesen- und Waldgebiete rund um Leverkusens Osten abbiegt. Insgesamt gibt es ein paar moderate Buckel auf dieser gut 15 km langen Strecke, die aber keine besondere Kondition erfordern.
