von Sonnenkopfbahn zum Burtschakopf (ca. 1Std, 450hm). Die letzten Meter zum Gipfel sind alpiner und mit Seil gesichert - noch gut machbar. Bei Nässe hier besonders aufpassen.
Zurück zuerst Richtung Nenzigasttal über Thüringer (Schafs-)alpe (bewirtet in Weidesaison, kleine Auswahl) auf Höhenweg um den Buratschkopf herum. Man kommt nach der Thüringer Alpe nach ca. 30min auf den Fahrweg vom Tal. Die Tour geht dort auf dem Wanderweg hinunter ins Tal (ca. 1St). Alternativ kann man am Abzweig ins Tal wieder etwas hinauf und zurück zur Sonnenkopfbahn.
Mit Lift 450hm hinauf, 1485hinunter, mit Lift zurück ca. 600hm hinauf, 10km.
Mit MTB Aufstieg fast nur schieben, runter geht fast alles zum fahren,dann natürlich direkt ins Tal (Link oben).
