    Von Glurn aus hoch zur Sesvenna Hütte dann weiter durch die spektakuläre Uina Schlucht runter nach Scuol. Von dort aus das Val S-Charl am Rande des Nationalparks in wunderschöner Landschaft hinauf zu Passa da Costains und von dort durch das Münstertal zurück zum Ausgangspunkt in Glurns.

    Früh starten da die Tour doch einiges abverlangt
