Diese Tour geht von Hohenlimburg über Dahl zurück zum Startpunkt. Schöne Strecke mit herrlichen Trails. Bei km 8 kann im Sommer der Weg zugewuchert sein, anschliessend schöne Abfahrt nach Delstern. Bei gut Kuhwiese kommen 2 knackige Anstiege, von denen man sich in "Gasthaus" Kuhfeld (km 13) erholen kann. Es folgt ein weiterer schöner Trail bis zum Ribbert Hof in Dahl. Danach folgt der Anstieg nach Brechtefeld und dann eine tolle Abfaht zum Schloss. Bei km 28 besteht eine weitere Möglichkeit zum Verschnaufen(Limmeg). Zum Abschluss der Lenne entlang zum Startpunkt folgen.
