Die Tour beginnt an der Bahnstrecke Oberhausen-Emmerich und dort am Bahnhof Empel-Rees. Auch in Emmerich kann ein Einstieg in die Tour erfolgen. Das Ende der Tour liegt am Dürener Hauptbahnhof. Wer die letzten Kilometer nicht mehr fahren möchte, kann die Tour auch in Aachen beenden.
