Auf dem Radweg flach von Bamberg nach Scheßlitz; dann über Burglesau auf Flurbereinigungsweg nach Pausdorf. Von dort relativ steil (evtl Schiebestrecke) hinauf und schön durch Wald Richtung Dörrnwasserlos. Auf der Straße weiter über Krögelhof nach Frauendorf. Dann wieder auf Radweg nach Bad Staffelstein und weiter auf dem Mainradweg nach Bamberg. Unterwegs zahlreiche und gute Einkehrmöglichkeiten.
