Start der Tour ist beim Holzrechenplatz in Baden.
Über den Helenentalradweg und die Lindkogelstrecke gelangt man auf den Hohen Lindkogel (Eisernes Tor).
Danach weiter Richtung Sooßer Lindkogel bis zur Kreuzung mit der Harzbergstrecke.
Dieser bis Gainfarn folgen, über Forstraßen geht es auf den Harzberg , wo man später wieder auf die Harzberg- und Lindkogelstrecke trifft.
Über die Lindkogelstrecke zurück nach Baden zum Holzrechenplatz.
