Sehr schöne Tour ins Mühlviertel von Linz aus auf den Pfenningberg weiter Richtung Gallneukirchen über das Mirellental nach Altenberg. Über Hellmonsödt nach Kirchschlag mit dem Ziel Gis.
Fast keine Straßen, fast nur Wald-, Wiesen- u. Wanderwege. Natürlich wird kein Hügel ausgelassen, um Höhenmeter zu machen.
Landschaftlich sehr schön, aber auch anstrengend. Aber mit dem Ziel Gis vor Augen geht fast alles.
