Am 9.07.14 sind wir morgens nach einem sehr guten Frühstück im Altstadthotel Stern aufgebrochen zu unserer 6 tägigen Radtour. Unser Ziel war das Hotel

Der Streckenverlauf ging über Berching zum Main-Donau-Kanal. Weiter nach Plankstetten, wo wir das Kloster besichtigt haben. Weiter über Beilngries zur Altmühl und über Dietfurt a.d. Altmühl zum Main-Donau-Kanal nach Riedenburg. Das Hotel liegt im oberen Teil der Stadt. Sehr steiler Anstieg.
Leider hat das Hotel schon bessere Tage gesehen und ist somit nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Wer dort übernachten möchte, kann sein Gepäck auch vom Besitzer abholen lassen.
Landschaftlich sehr schöner Streckenverlauf.
