Der zweite Teil des Eisacktalradweges führt von Klausen über Blumenau nach Bozen. Als Highlight kann eine sehr lange Passage auf der ehemaligen Brennereisenbahn bezeichnet werden.

Die Strecke beginnt am Bahnhof in Klausen und endet am Bahnhof in Bozen. Den Bahnhof in Klausen kann man mit Regionalzügen der Brennerban erreichen. Für Autofahrer gibt es ausreichend Parkraum am Bahnhof.
