Die Tour startet am Parkplatz vom Waldseilgarten Höllschlucht in Pfr. Kappel.
Weiter über schmale Wege nach Pfr-Röfleuten.
Anschließend recht steil hinauf teils auf Teer, teils Waldwege hinauf Richtung Edelsberg.
Einkehrmöglichkeiten: Gundhütte, Dinser Hütte, Mountain Lodge (Sportheim Böck), und Brotzeithütte am Liftausstieg.Weiter Richtung Kappeler Alp (weitere Einkehrmöglichkeit mit toller Aussicht). Abfahrt Richtung Pfronten Kappl/ Waldseilgarten.
