Start bei der Sonnenkopfbahn. Abfahrt nach Dalaas und in der Ortsmitte links ab auf Asphalt Richtung Kristbergsattel. Bals geht's durch den Wald bis amn am Sattel ankommt. Dann abwärts zum Kristbergsattelhaus und dann links Richtung Wasserstubental am Hang entlang. Wer will, kann noch runter ins Silbertal bis zum Fellimännle und dann wieder hoch zur Wasserstubenalpe. Weiter zur oberen Wasserstubenalpe. Kurz vor dieser dann links ab Richtung Sonnenkopf. Auf der Schlepplifttrasse sanft bergwärts bis zum Gasthaus. Abfahrt nach Dalaas links abwärts beim See.
