von Bad Breisig am Rhein entlang bis Brohl, durch das herrliche Brohltal, anfangs über Straße, später über Radweg, zur Hohen Acht in der Eifel, dann lange Abfahrt nach Adenau. Über Radwege bis Ahrbrück und dann den Ahrradweg bis Sinzig, zuletzt am Rhein entlang zurück nach Bad Breisig. Landschaftlich sehr schöne Runde meist auf Asphalt, ganz kurz Abschnitte über gut befahrbaren Splitt; auch fürs Rennrad geeignet.
