Tour von Bensberg durch den Königsforst, nach Hoffnungstahl zum Eiscafé und über den Lüderich nach Untereschbach. (Über die Brüderstraße kann die Strecke sehr einfach zu einem Rundkurs erweitertert werden)
Bis auf ein paar kurze Schiebepassagen ist der Weg auch komplett MTB tauglich.
