Gestartet bin ich in Narbonne Plage über die Clape nach Narbonne. Von dort an bages vorbei (super schön) Richtung Corbieres. Von dort bis Oranisonsüber Narbonne und Gruissan Plage nach Narbonne Plage. Die Tour ist nicht zu schwierig da nur wenige Höhenmeter. Trotzdem ist diese zu empfehlen, da die Strecke komplett asphaltiert und doch wenig befahren ist.
