- Start/Ziel: Mals-Bahnhof
- Die Tour führt durch das mittelalterliche Städtchen Glurns nach Schluderns. Von Schluderns gehts auf Kopfsteinpflaster einige hundert Meter steil berghoch zur Churburg. Weiter auf Teerstrasse zum Lochhof. Auf einem Waldweg ins Matschertal zum Schlosshof. Von dort auf Teer in das an einen Steilhang geklebten Dorf Matsch. Von Matsch weiter auf dem angenehm ansteigenden Forstweg bis zur Aussichtsplattform(1.800 Mt.) oberhalb von Mals.
- Schöner Rundblick auf die Dörfer im Tal, das Stadtchen Glurns sowie auf den Haider-, bzw. Reschensee. Abfahrt auf Forstweg nach Mals, zum Ausgangspunkt.
- PS. 2 kurze Schiebepassagen. Uphill; einige kurze, steile Abschnitte
