Das ist ein sonniger Rundweg für nicht zu heiße Tage. Er geht zunächst an der Paar entlang, dann durch Spargel- und Rollrasenfelder sowie kürzere Teile auch durch den Wald. Sehenswert ist auch die Anlage um die St. Georg-Kirche, die jetzt eine große Einrichtung der Regens-Wagner-Stiftung für Hörgeschädigte beherbergt.
Startpunkt ist die Mühlgasse in 86579 Waidhofen-Wangen, von dort aus nach Westen, so dass man nach ¾ der Strecke Hohenwart mit Restaurants, Biergarten und Eiscafé passend für eine Rast erreicht.
