Start war am Trierer Rathaus. Von dort über das Thiergarten nach Kernscheid. Über Hockweiler und Olmuth nach Hinzenburg. In Hinzenburg links Richtung Schöndorf und hinter der Bachüberquerung rechts zum Holzerather See. Weiter über den Parkplatz 3 Mörder und an Bonerath vorbei auf den Morscheider Grenzpfad. Im Ruwertal auf dem Radweg weiter bis zum ehemaligen Bahnhof von Waldrach. Danach links durch den Wald bis zur Tarforster Höhe. Über den Petrisberg geht es zurück zum Start.
