Die "Königsetappe" führte über Passo Gobbera und Passo Brocon ins Valsugana. Ab dort den Kaiserjägerweg bei Selva hinauf auf die Ortigara-Hochebene und im weiteren Verlauf auf den Militärstraßen der österreichischen Kaiserjäger aus dem 1. Weltkrieg rüber nach Carbonare auf sieben Gemeinden.
