Eine relativ flache Runde mit dem Rennrad durch das Münsterland (südlich von Münster). Zunächst geht es durch Senden, dann an Lüdinghausen vorbei bis fast nach Olfen. Über Nordkirchen und Ascheberg geht es zurück zum Ausgangspunkt in Münster-Mecklenbeck.
