In Abtswind gehts auf Betonstraßen in den Weinbergen hoch zum Frankenblick. Ab da in den Wald und auf einem schönen flowigen Trail nach Castell. Dort Abfahrt auf dem Schlangentrail. Gegenüber weiter auf einem Trail bis zum Schwanberg. Da noch eine schöne Abfarht und danach zurück auf Feldwegen.
