Start/Ziel ist der Bahnhof „Haltern am See“. Vom Bf führt die Tour entlang des Datteln-Hamm-Kanals zum Hullerner Stausee. Durch den Forst Haltern nach Ahsen. Über den Kanal in die Haard (hügelig und teilweise schlechter Wegezustand). Von Flaesheim wieder entlang des Kanals nach Berg-Bossendorf und zurück zum Bf.
