Die Tour führt von Lauf aus über Schönberg auf den Moritzberg und steil auf den Nonnenberg. Über Rüblanden und Reichenschwand geht´s auf den Gr. Hansgörgl und auf schönen Trails zum Glatzenstein. Eine steile Abfafhrt führt nach Siegersdorf, dann rauf zum Rothenberg (Einkehrmöglichkeit) und über Enzenreuth (Einkehrmöglichkeit) zum Schlossberg. Runter nach Osternohe auf der blauen Downhillstrecke (S0 - S1) und weiter nach Schnaittach. Auf Rotpunkt weiter über den Eichelberg nach Simonshofen und auf Blaupunkt nach Lauf.
