Start in Bad Schwalbach. Auf dem Aarhöhenweg an Adolfseck vorbei zum Pohlbachtal, Burgruine Adolfseck und dann zurück nach Bad Schwalbach.
Achtung an der Aarstraße. Alternativ dem Radweg noch bis auf Höhe Abzweig Born folgen und dann Straße queren, jedoch noch nicht getestet.
