Mit dem Faltrad vom Bahnhof Gelsenkirchen-Hassel über Marl-Polsum nach Marl. Durch den Volkspark und über Marler City zum Bahnhof Marl-Hamm. Hier kann man die S-Bahn benutzen zurück zum Ausgangspunkt GE-Hassel. Ich bin weiter gefahren entlang des Sickingmühlenbachs zum Bahnhof Marl-Sinsen.
