Die Tour führt von Brixen den Radweg Richtung Süden entlang bis nach Waidbruck. Dort geht's rechts weg und den Berg Richtung Barbian hoch, anschließend auf den Ritten und eine rasante Abfahrt runter nach Bozen. Zuguterletzt führt die Tour durchs Eisacktal zurück nach Brixen.
Die komplette Tour führt über Nebenstraßen oder Radwege, einzige Ausnahme ist die Abfahrt vom Ritten nach Bozen.
