Die Grundlage dieser Tour war die Routenempfehlung «Auf zum Brocken» der TRAIL-Karte Mountainbike #1 des Schmidt-Buch-Verlages Wernigerode. Die Originalstrecke verläuft vom Brocken über Hirtenstieg, Hermannstraße zur Bremer Hütte. Wir haben den Hirtenstieg abgewählt und sind über den Gelben Brink zur Bremer Hütte gefahren.
