Startpunkt der Wanderung ist der Piberberg bei Helfenberg. Via dem AVIVA Hotel zur Helfenberger Hütte - OAV Rohrbach -. Via dem Bergergut und dem Wanderweg # 85 zur Wallfahrtskirche Maria Rast. Retour zum Ausgangspunkt via Piberschlag, Mühlholz, Thurnerschlag -> Piberberg. Die Tour kann auch in Helfenberg Ortsmitte bei der Kirche begonnen werden.
