Einfache Mountainbike Runde von und zum Bonner Hauptbahnhof. Über Venusberg, Kottenforst und Wachtberg nach Remagen, von dort am Rhein entlang zurück. Viele schöne, aber schattige Waldwege am Venusberg und durch den Kottenforst. Meistens viel Verkehr auf dem Rhein-Radweg.
