Von Giessenbach auf Forstweg zur Eppzirleralm 1.459 m (2 kürzere steile Anstiege). Gleichen Weg retour bis zur Abzweigung (Höhe ca. 1.200 m) Richtung Oberbrunnalm mit ebenfalls einem kurzen steilen Anstieg bis zum Dach der Tour (Oberbrunnalm 1.522 m)
Lange Forstwegabfahrt mit kleineren leichteren Gegenanstiegen durch das Gleirschtal bis nach Scharnitz. Weiters auf einen Feldweg nach Giessenbach zum Ausgangsort retour.
