Auf die Gefahr hin dass die Tour schon so oder ähnlich x-mal hier erfasst wurde. Wichtig: die Runde in der Richtung GIS-Kirchschlag-Hellmonsödt-Pelmberg-Oberbairing Magdalena befahren. Nur so kommt man in den Genuss des langen Downhills. Ab Hellmonsödt gehts fast nur noch bergab auf Wald- und Wiesenwegen (160-folgen). Das belohnt für den doch etwas mühsamen Anstieg auf die GIS.
