Von Frammersbach durch das Lohrtal bis Rodenbach. Hinauf zum Margaretenhof, auf der Keiler Bike Marathonstrecke bis zum Bischborner Hof. Weiter auf dem Spessartweg zum Niklaskreuz und dem Wanderweg unterhalb der Bundesstr. bis Abfahrt Kaltergrund folgen. Durch den Kaltengrund zum Wildpark und Klettergarten in Heigenbrücken. Schotterweg bis Wiesthal (alternative Marienweg "m"), dann über die "Hockenruh" und Kreuzkapelle Abfahrt nach Frammersbach.
