Fulpmes (Knappenweg) - Überquerung der B183 - hinter den Busgaragen den Forstweg an der Sprungschanze vorbei - Forstweg Richtung Sonnenstein - nach dem Gasthof Sonnenstein wieder etwas hinunter durch den Wald - anschließend die Rodelbahn (Maria Waldrast) Richtung Mieders talwärts - über den Waldweg (auf und ab) nach Fulpmes retour
