Los gehts in Kelkheim am Parkplatz Schwimmbad dann nach Höchst-über den Main- in den Stadtwald-zum Flughafen ( nach ca 18km kann man gut Flugzeuge beobachten) weiter zum Langener Waldsee-um die Startbahn West ( nach ca 37km kann mann wieder gut Flugzeuge beobachten) -durch den Mönchsbruch zum Main-Flussabwärts zur Schleusse Eddersheim-auf der anderen Seite Flussaufwärts richtung Höchst-dann zurück zum Ausgangspunkt-
Die Tour ist sehr gut zu fahren auch mit dem Trekingbike prima zu bewältigen.Die Waldwege sind allesamt gut.
