Von Maria Waldrast folgt man der Beschilderung richtung Serles. Zuerst geht man in den Latschen dann auf Almbodn u später Schotter zum Serles Jöchl. Weiter gehts dann über eine Leiter und einem mit Stahlseil gesichertem Weg der in einen steileren Schotterweg nach Oben führt u zwischen drein ein paar leichte kleine Kletterstellen (eher Stufen) zum Gipfel führt.

Diese Tour ist eine von den schönsten in ganz Tirol und für jedermann-frau zu schaffen !
Von Innsbruck kommend führt gleich am Anfang scharf rechts eine Straße nach Maria Waldrast-Maustrasse nach Maria Waldrast.
