von lemsahl gehts über nebenstraßen nach duvenstedt, dort durchqueren wir das wittmoor bis zum puckafferweg und fahren durch den tangstedter forst nach wilstedt. dann folgen wir dem AQ über togenkamp bis zur alsterquelle. weiter gehts über timmhagen und horst nach henstedt-wohld. weiter nach wakendorf und dann durch wakendorfer moor. jetzt gehts weiter über fahrenhorst nach tangstedt und dann richtung gut wulksfelde und dann weiter über duvenstedt zurück nach lemsahl!
