Start und Ziel am Bürgerhaus Stüde, Richtung Elbe-Seiten-Kanal über die Brücke des Kanals, auf einem Schotterweg (Deich) parallel zum Kanal, eine völlig ebene Strecke, nach 21,1 km ist der Wendepunkt kurz vor Wittingen.
Gleiche Strecke zurück.
Einige Versorgungsstellen (mit Tee, Fruchtsaft, Cola und auch Bananen etc.) versorgen die Marathonis.
