Lockeres Rollen des RTF-Koblenz am 31.07.2008. Das Sayntal hat nur mäßige Steigungen und wenig Autoverkehr. Nach Ellinghausen gibt es ein wenig mehr Verkehr. Die Abfahrt am Ende nach Sayn ist nicht ohne. Dort befinden sich zwei enge Serpentinenkurven!

Vallendar ist über die B42 leicht zu erreichen. Ein großer Parkplatz befindet sich Richtung Niederwerth zwischen Bahngleisen und Rhein. Ihr könnt aber auch in Koblenz starten. An der B42 sind beidseitig zwei Radwege vorhanden.
