Von der Bergstation Säntis (www.saentisbahn.ch) im stetigen auf und ab zur Rotsteinpasshütte (70-120 min., www.rotsteinpass.ch, gute Küche). Teilweise Klettersteigcharakter und auch im Hochsommer muss mit Schneefeldern gerechnet werden. Früh morgends können auch träge Steinböcke auf dem Weg rumlungern. Sieht auf der Karte einfach aus, ist es aber nicht!
