Eine sehr schöne Tour, von Brüggen nach Duisburg. Es kann ein Abstecher in der Duisburger Altstadt gemacht werden.
Auf dem Rückweg führt die Tour durch die Süchtelner Höhen dort bietet sich zum lockern der
Rückenmuskulatur der Kletterwald an.
Zu 80% asphaltierte Straßen die Strecke insgesammt rollt sehr gut.
